Talent training model for music education majors based on the ADDIE model

Abstract The orientation of music teachers’ talent training and the construction models are core issues concern for reform education majors. Facing new requirements society professional talents in period, this paper proposes an improved model based on ADDIE by studying current situation from perspective adapting to development needs curriculum basic education. From assessment students’ evaluation acceptance model, mean value scores increased 64.7 75.7 compared with original increase 17.00%. teacher score 67.0 72.7, 8.51%. It is evident that has accepted students teachers. In terms proposed paper, percentage who strongly agree it 19.8%, can accept 20.2%, cannot adapt teaching decreased 6.1 points, a comparative decrease 20.3%. Teachers were also more accepting those could 5.3 points 7.17% comparison. conclusion, cultivation be well adapted classroom colleges universities meets country teachers era, which conducive composite highly educated have solid theoretical foundation excellent practical ability.
